In-person Gathering Cancellation Policy

After your arrival date, there are no refunds except for cases of series contagious illness.

Donations are not refundable.

Cancel by May 31. Friends who cancel their Gathering registration on or before May 31 will be charged a $50 per person administrative fee, with a family maximum of $150.

Cancel between June 1–8: The cancellation fee will equal 50% of program fees.

For cancellations after June 8, 75% of all fees will be owed even if you do not attend the Gathering. Some exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.

Serious Contagious Illness Cancellation Fee Waived: Friends who have been diagnosed with, or tested positive for, a serious contagious illness, will not be charged a cancellation fee. FGC has added a small amount to all Gathering charges to allow Friends and members of their immediate household to cancel if they contract COVID-19 or another serious contagious disease while ameliorating financial risks to the Gathering and the organization.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is preferred; use fax or postal mail only if necessary) or completed online by the registrant. We strongly recommend that anyone cancelling one person from a multi-person registration, contact us rather than cancelling online.

Online Opportunities Gathering Cancellation Policy

Cancel by June 25. Friends who cancel their Gathering registration on or before June 25 will be charged $25 per person, with a family maximum of $100. For Pay as Led amounts of $25 or less, no further cancellation fee is due.

For cancellations after June 25, there will be no refunds. Some exceptions may be made for extraordinary circumstances.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is preferred; use fax or postal mail only if necessary).
