This game is about listening. It provides practice in being sensitive to the vocal sounds of others in the room. Frequently, before we can listen to that still small voice of God moving in a group, we need to learn to get out of ourselves, to tune in to others.
Ask players to name sounds that they enjoy hearing during Meeting for Worship. Then ask everyone, all together, to practice imitating these sounds with their bodies. Next, ask each person who has made a sound to share it individually. As leader, choose three of the best sounds; then ask each player to choose one of these three and walk around making that sound. Then have the players get together in a group with everyone else who is making the same sound.
