Friends of Color are fatigued from being asked to teach white folks

The Outgoing Epistle of the 2020 Virtual Pre-Gathering of Friends of Color and their Families 

Beginning on June 2, 2022, Friends General Conference is adding a Thursday evening opportunity for worship sharing for white Friends confronting racism. This opportunity is in addition to its weekly Friday worship sharing, which it has held since 2020. Friends are invited to gather worship around queries based on Tema Okun’s Characteristics of White Supremacy Culture.

All white Friends are welcome while to ground our practice of anti-racism in spirit. Join us at 8pm Eastern Time on Thursdays or Noon Eastern Time on Fridays.
