FGC Philadelphia Office Closure – Our doors are closed, but our staff is working remotely to serve you!

In response to local and statewide orders to shut down all non-essential businesses, FGC will close its main office in Philadelphia, PA today until we receive word that it is safe to reopen. Most of our staff has been working remotely since last week, so we still are available to help Friends and their meetings via email and social media.

Though there is much uncertainty about what will happen in the days ahead, that uncertainty does not have to dwell deeply within us. Now is the time to take comfort in the Light & Love that has nurtured our lives and experiences as Friends. In the words of Edward Burrough: “All that dwell in the light, their habitation is in God, and they know a hiding place in the day of storm; and those who dwell in the light, are built upon the rock, and cannot be moved.”
