Experimenting with Sponsorships
This will be our second year seeking Gathering sponsorships. We invite Quaker organizations, small businesses, and organizations in line with Quaker values to consider sponsoring FGC’s annual Gathering. This is a wonderful way to share your organization with Friends through a partnership with FGC. There are a variety of sponsorship levels to choose from. All levels allow FGC’s network of Friends to learn about your organization when we promote the Gathering and during the event.
Why Sponsorships?
The costs of putting on the Gathering have been increasing. However, raising registration fees creates barriers for many potential attendees. Therefore, we are seeking other avenues to increase income and keep registration fees down. Event sponsorship is one way to address this challenge.

Audience
FGC has been holding the annual Gathering for over 120 years. Attendance has varied from 550 – 2000 participants with average attendance currently at 1000 participants. Audience for this year’s Gathering:
- 600 (expected) Quaker participants from across the USA.
- 15,000 reached via email and mail promotion.
- 50% of participants are 65+ years old. 20% are 50 – 64 years old.
