Raleigh Friends Meeting

Welcome!
The Raleigh Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) invites and welcomes all Seekers of the Truth to full participation in our Society, whatever their racial identity, religious affiliation, age, socio-economic status, nationality, ethnic background, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or mental/physical ability. We aspire to affirm "that of God" in every person and to trust Divine Guidance to lead us, as individuals and as a faith community, to live the testimonies of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality, and stewardship.
Raleigh Friends Meeting is an unpastored community and worships in the “unprogrammed” Quaker manner. We meet in silent waiting upon the Spirit. Currently we are affiliated with Piedmont Friends Yearly Meeting, and we also refer to Faith & Practice of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting for models of worship, organization and support for members’ life passages. We are affiliated with Friends General Conference through our association with Piedmont Friends Fellowship and Yearly Meeting.
Won’t you join us for worship at 10:00 am this Sunday? Our meeting library's online catalog is found at http://www.librarything.com/profile/RaleighFriends.
