The 2025 Impact Report reflects on a year of being Centered in Faithfulness.

Because of you and your support, FGC can be faithful to the many ways that Spirit calls us. In 2025, this meant joining an interfaith lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security to try to protect religious freedom and our communities.

As Julian of Norwich wrote, “[Jesus] did not say, ‘You will never have a rough passage, you will never be over-strained, you will never feel uncomfortable,’ but he did say, ‘you will never be overcome.’”

For the past several years, we’ve all been experiencing significant change and challenges. Over and over, FGC Friends have been meeting the moment. From monthly meetings quickly filling out legal declarations for the interfaith lawsuit, to the many Friends helping evolve the in-person Gathering so it remains spiritually vital, to the Friends who reimagined FGC’s governance structure, Friends have been saying yes to way forward. And there’s more to come as we move through 2026.
