Annual Sessions Dates – 2026
Annual Sessions are like work parties for a community. As part of our New Quaker Checklist, FGC recommends that Friends attend Annual Sessions. Meet with other Friends to make decisions, approve the budget, lift up concerns, and to deepen your connections to others.
Annual Sessions are often held at a retreat center, camp, or college campus. They include social opportunities as well as business. Some yearly meetings have campfires or outdoor games; some offer canoeing and nature activities; and all Annual Sessions will have new conversations at mealtimes. Some yearly meetings offer financial aid for first-time attenders. If you don’t know, just ask!
Read below for specific dates and locations.
Deadlines
If you’d like to attend with children, then pay attention for deadlines to enroll in youth programs. Some yearly meetings also have deadlines for people who want to receive on-campus housing. Subscribe to your yearly meeting’s newsletter to learn about emerging deadlines!
