Outreach Coordinator
School of the Spirit is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to get the word out about a new program, Faithful Meetings. This will be an independent contractor, part-time (20 hours/week) position. Director of Quaker Engagement
The Director of Quaker Engagement leads the American Friends Service Committee’s efforts to build nurturing, trusting, and engaged relationships with Friends. They will facilitate good relations between AFSC, Friends organizations, schools and colleges, and Friends meetings and churches. The director will also be an initial point of contact for Friends, ensuring that Friends questions and ideas are represented to AFSC colleagues and governance members. Elementary School Aftercare Coordinator & Supervisor
The Aftercare Coordinator at Friends Western School (Pasadena, CA) is responsible for the supervision of the students on the playground after school hours.
Annual Fund Coordinator
The Annual Fund Coordinator works closely with the Director for Advancement to plan and implement a comprehensive development program for Pendle Hill with primary focus on the Annual Fund. The Annual Fund Coordinator is directly responsible for the preparation and management of mail appeals and donor communication programs, and oversight of the development and constituent database program, The Raiser’s Edge. The Annual Fund Coordinator will help coordinate fundraising-related special events on and off campus.
Director of Finance and Operations
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance & Operations will ensure that the organization performs efficiently and effectively. This includes oversight of financial management, meeting legal compliance obligations, ensuring work environments are adequate and safe, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing policies and procedures that improve day-to-day operations. The scope of the position encompasses finance, human resources, administration, site and IT management. The majority focus is on financial management with elements of operations. The Director of Finance & Operations oversees the work of the Administrative Assistant and the Site Manager/Caretaker. Based in the California Sierra Nevada foothills, Woolman’s mission is to both inspire and prepare individuals to work for peace, justice, and environmental sustainability, and to deepen their personal and spiritual growth.
