This page explains how to register, pay, and prepare for the Friend General Conference Gathering of Friends. If you are new to Gathering, start here.

The FGC Gathering is a week of:

  • Quaker worship
  • Workshops
  • Community and fellowship
  • Programs for children, youth, and adults

People from many yearly meetings and traditions attend.

Register for Gathering

Registration is open April 1, 2026 – June 19, 2026. Registration usually takes less than 30 minutes. You can pay by credit card or by check mailed to the FGC Office.

The priority deadline for financial aid is May 1st. The deadline to apply for youth programs is June 1st.

Pay for Gathering

You can pay online with a credit card or mail a check to FGC.

Use that email to make any changes. You can update your preferences and change your carpool status by logging in. 3. Tell one friend about the Gathering. (The more the merrier! The Gathering is open to seekers and people new to Friends.) 4. Make your travel arrangements. Visit the Travel section of our website for tips on the nearest airport and train station.
