Overview
Make noticing wholeness a spiritual practice.
Make noticing wholeness a spiritual practice.
This is an individual spiritual practice that invites each participant to respond in their own way. A variety of response materials can be used including a journal, photographs, or crafts.
This activity should be assigned as “homework” ahead of your meeting.
For this spiritual practice, spend an hour or even a full day paying attention to where you see Living Wholeness as Beloved Community already alive and thriving in the world today. Take notes, take photos, write a journal reflection, make art, make a list, write a song …
Take some time to create a representation of your understanding of Living Wholeness as it already exists. Please share your thoughts, writing, or a photo of your art in the discussion thread, if you feel so led.
Queries for your group’s discussion: What was this exercise like? What did you witness? Did anything surprise you? In what ways can you nurture the flourishing of Living Wholeness as Beloved Community in your life?
