From September 27th through September 29th, 2013, twenty-two friends gathered at Dunrovin Christian Brothers Retreat Center in Minnesota for a consultation on the impact of attending the White Privilege Conference, an event conceived and organized by an African American man, with support from Friends General Conference.

FGC has supported Friends’ attendance at the White Privilege Conference by negotiating a group discount, organizing home hospitality, providing a hospitality room on or near the site of the conference, and holding worship during the conference.
