If you need to cancel your Gathering registration, the amount you owe depends on when you cancel.
If You Cancel by May 31
You will be charged a $50 administrative fee per person.
Families will pay no more than $150 total in cancellation fees.
If You Cancel June 1–8
You will be charged 50% of the program fees.
If You Cancel After June 8
You will owe 75% of the total Gathering fees, even if you do not attend.
Some exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances.
After Your Arrival Date
There are no refunds after your arrival date, except in cases of serious contagious illness.
If You Become Sick with a Serious Contagious Illness
If you or someone in your household is diagnosed with a serious contagious illness (such as COVID-19), the cancellation fee will be waived.
A small amount is included in Gathering fees to make this possible while protecting the Gathering from financial loss.
Donations
Donations are not refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel your registration:
- Cancel online, or
- Send an email to the Gathering office
Email is preferred. Postal mail should only be used if necessary.
If you need to cancel one person from a family registration, please contact the Events Registrar for help rather than cancelling online.
