Non-Violent Communication Workshop

A workshop facilitated by Mollie McElroy

In this hour-long workshop, we will explore Marshall Rosenberg's remarkable process of Non-violent Communication (NVC) as a tool for turning volatile situations into a natural interchange of awareness, generosity, and mutual enrichment. Mollie will introduce the NVC framework intended to help you connect with yourself and others through awareness and empathy. We will practice the communication technique with each other using a four-stage process of observation, identifying feelings, identifying needs, and making requests or setting boundaries. Please bring a notebook, something to write with and an open heart!

She cannot wait to introduce this framework to you today and start the revolutionary process that is Non-violent Communication and getting in touch with our feelings and needs.
