Meditation group to be held Thursday evenings at 7pm

at the Vassalboro Friends Meetinghouse, 48 So. Stanley Hill Rd,

Vassalboro, Maine.

All are welcome.

This is a nondenominational and silent meditation.   This group will be for anyone wishing to begin meditation or those who are a long time practitioners.

We will have some cushions but please feel free to bring your own cushion or meditation bench if you would like. There are also pews and chairs available.

The first meeting will be Thursday, August 3rd at 7pm.
