Meeting for Worship with Concern to Business

Present: Dawn Crimson, Jill Adams, Dennis Holtzclaw

1. Meeting began in silence.
2. We accepted the treasurer’s reports for October, November and December. Ending balance in the operating fund at the end of December was $667.67; Ministry Fund was at $30.00; Reserve was $2,500. Total in checking: 3,197.67
3. Dawn reported that post office box rent has increased to $182 annually. We ratified her decision to renew the post office box rental for 6 months. We will evaluate again at the end of 6 months. Dawn noted that it is used for ILYM treasurer activities as well as for SIQM.
