Quakerism 101
Are You interested in a new session of Quakerism 101? There is still room for one or two more people.
Tuesday evenings 7:00 to 9:00 pm for 8 weeks
What is it?
Quakerism 101 is a “survey” course designed to introduce participants to the basic literature, history and beliefs of Quakers. We will read all or parts of five books and many hand-outs over eight weeks. Each session will last about two hours and include reviews of the readings, discussion, worship sharing and worship.
All of the books and materials are borrowed from LOFM: no one needs to buy anything, but all of the books are available from QuakerBooks of FGC.org in both print and e-book form. The class is limited to six people because we have six sets of books unless people are able and willing to share.
When will it meet?
Tuesday evenings at 7:00.
Where?
Will meet somewhere on the LOFM campus.
