If you have any of the following accounts, you’re on your way to making a legacy gift to FGC with a Beneficiary Designation form:
- IRA or other retirement plan
- Donor Advised Funds
- Stock brokerage or mutual fund
- Savings account
Just ask your broker, bank, or insurance company for a Change of Beneficiary Form or log into your account and make the change yourself. Add FGC, 1216 Arch Street – 2B, Philadelphia, PA 19107, EIN 23-1352148 with the percentage or amount you would like to leave to benefit future generations of Friends.
Another giving option is to transfer on death (TOD) your bank or brokerage accounts to FGC. Contact your representative on how to name FGC as the entity to receive the balance of an account.
