Dancing Bear Farm

Lewisburg, PA

Come join Friends of all ages for an hour or two or a whole day of fun with fiber at Dancing Bear Farm just north of Lewisburg. Knitting, crocheting, spinning, felting, quilting and more. Bring your own supplies and skills or just come and let us share ours. Friendly lessons will be available all day.

10:00 am - noon – fiber activities

Noon – potluck – bring a dish to share, place setting will be provided

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm – more fiber activities

5:00 - 6:30 pm – simple dinner & clean up– soup and bread

6:30 - 8:00 pm -  a relaxed evening of more fiber activities

Children of all ages are welcome to come participate in the activities! For more info on the days activities call Beth 570-324-2470 or ponderit_@hotmail.com. Participating Friends are asked, if they are able, to make a donation to USQM toward our use of the facilities of Dancing Bear Farm.

USQM will have an open QOC meeting May 3rd at Dancing Bear Farm (Lewisburg Monthly Meeting) from 10:00 am-12 noon. The agenda will be planning for the Fall Gathering at Camp Crystal Lake. All Friends are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be followed by a potluck lunch with the Friends who will be at the Fiber Gathering. Friends are welcome to stay on for the rest of the day to socialize and play with fiber.
