"Quakers: the Quiet Revolutionaries", a recent documentary on Friends, will appear on PBS in May. It recounts the history of Friends, following seven well-known Quakers, including Lucretia Mott, Alice Paul and Bayard Rustin. The Earth Quaker Action team is also featured. It looks like a well-done film.
The show is scheduled for Sunday, May 24 at 1:30 PM on Blue Ridge PBS, channel 15.1. It is also scheduled for Tuesday, May 26 at 8 PM on SWAP-TV, channel 15.2, a new channel from Blue Ridge PBS.
