Origins

Williamsburg Meeting's origins are as a preparative meeting, set up under Dover Monthly Meeting, in 1894. Williamsburg Monthly Meeting was established in 1923, when Dover Monthly Meeting began to meet in the Williamsburg Friends Church building, and changed its name to Williamsburg.
