Gainesville Quakers invite you to join with Quakers, other faith communities, organizations, groups, and individuals across the nation to be a part of the conversation on the next national zoom call on October 13. We hope you will read An Urgent Call to the Religious Society of Friends, consider adding your endorsement, and commit to work in our local communities, states, and the nation to take critical, nonpartisan actions to proactively protect our democracy and prevent an authoritarian takeover.  The four arenas are Defending Truth, Working for True Equality and Justice for All, Promoting Free and Fair Elections, and Preparing for Non Violent Resistance. Thursday, October 13, 2022, 7:00-9:00 PM ET is the last Zoom call before the election.
