At the Climate Change Symposium last fall Dick Grossman happened to sit next to Dr. Herb Grover, who told Dick that he is an almost-retired professor of biology at a Baptist college in Texas. He now lives in Pagosa Springs. Dick learned that he had given a talk “Christian Environmental Stewardship” in the past, and invited him to speak on that subject to our Meeting. He and his wife, Linda, will be joining us for Meeting for Worship at 9:30, then Herb will lead the 2nd hour discussion. Being a good scientist, Herb wrote that he had been doing research on Quakerism!
