York Friends are excited to welcome the Council on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 11:00 am to join us for worship, our shared meal, and a conversation afterward facilitated by Council member Carla Christopher, President of York Equality Fest and Education Chair of the YWCA's Racial Justice Committee. The IJC met at Canadochly Lutheran on Sunday, July 9 for a similar event (worship, shared meal, conversation).


Join us for the Oliver Kindig -Stokes Memorial Sing --come at 9:15 for refreshments, singing begins at 10.  No need to be a singer or familiar with Sacred Harp style of singing.  There will be loaner song books and time to learn.

There will be a potluck dinner on the grounds.

You are welcome to a social gathering with food, refreshments and music at a nearby farm afterwards. Bring an instrument if you wish.

Admission is free  All are welcome
