June 1 $15 fee begins for registrant-initiated changes to meal plans or housing
June 1 $60 per person late fee begins for all full-time and half-Gathering registrations
June 1 Substantial cancellation penalties begin. Pay 50% of your program fee if you cancel.
June 10 Deadline for High School registrations, Pre-Gathering Event Childcare, and all pre-Gathering event housing and meals.
June 10 Deadline for housing and meal plan changes.
June 10 Deadline for shuttle reservations from DSM airport or Ottumwa Amtrak station.
June 10 Cancel by this date to avoid 75% cancellation fees. There are no refunds on shuttles after this date.
June 28 Pre-Gathering Events sign in and early arrival room key pick up, 3-7 PM
