Contributions are not refundable.
Cancel by June 20. Friends who cancel their Gathering registration on or before June 20 will be charged a $25 per person administrative fee, with a family maximum of $100. For Pay as Led amounts of $25 or less, no further cancellation fee is due.
For cancellations after June 20, there will be no refunds, and the full balance is due. Some exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is preferred; use fax or postal mail only if neccesary) or completed online by the registrant. We strongly recommend that anyone cancelling one person from a multi-person registration, contact us rather than cancelling online.
