WESTERN and CONCORD QUARTERLY MEETINGS

TUBING and LUNCH on the BRANDYWINE

AUGUST 8, 2021 12:30-4:30

WHAT WILL BE THERE:

• Tubes, some chairs
• hot dogs
• some sanitizer

WHAT TO BRING:

• Swimsuits, old shoes to wear in the creek, sunscreen, towels, personal flotation device (needed for children)
• Your own lunch or snack items (MaryEtta will provide only hotdogs)
• there is often singing so bring instruments, and Rise Up Singing
• MASKS if unvaccinated, sanitizer 

WHAT TO KNOW:

• You will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement at the site
• Children under 18 must have permission slips signed by a parent  (these will be available on site and at the website)
• Young children must wear a flotation device
• Parents are responsible for their children and will be asked to help with “creek watching” to ensure everyone’s safety
• COVID safety guidelines – stay home if you are not well, social distance and mask as appropriate
