Fiber and Handcrafts Gathering

Saturday and Sunday, June 11 & 12, 2016

Come join Friends of all ages for an hour or two or a whole weekend of fun with handcrafts. Knitting, crocheting, spinning, felting, quilting and more. Bring your own supplies and skills or just come and let us share ours. Friendly lessons will be available all weekend.

Saturday

10:00 am - noon – fiber activities – there will be patterns and help to make crocheted baskets

Noon – potluck – bring a dish to share, place settings will be provided

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm – more fiber activities, nature walk, or swimming if the weather cooperates

5:00 - 6:30pm – simple dinner & clean up– soup and bread

6:30 - 8:00 pm - a relaxed evening of more fiber activities

Overnight accommodations at Lynne and Bryn's house, camping or overflow at Beth Higginson's house

Sunday

8:30 am Blueberry Pancake Breakfast

10:30 Meeting for Worship

Noon – simple lunch

After lunch – finishing up projects and packing up
