Welcome

Salem Creek Friends is a local Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. We are affiliated with Piedmont Friends Yearly Meeting and Friends General Conference. We come together to listen to God and support one another. Find out more about Salem Creek Friends here.

Quaker Worship

In the normal course of Quaker worship, all are welcome to gather with us in quiet listening. Out of the stillness the spirit may move individual Friends to speak. Worship ends after about an hour, when an assigned person rises to close worship.

All Friends, attenders and visitors are invited to sit in silence at 10 AM on First Days, to join together for Worship.

Virtual meeting - Salem Creek Friends hosts a concurrent virtual meeting for those members and visitors who can't be with us face to face. For more information please contact the clerk.

First Sunday Unprogrammed meeting for worship and First Day School, 10:00 a.m.
Query Discussion at rise of meeting

Second Sunday Unprogrammed meeting for worship, 10:00 a.m.
Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business 11:15 a.m.

Third Sunday Unprogrammed meeting for worship, 10:00 a.m.
Committees may meet at the rise of meeting

Third Friday Potluck at a member's home at 6:30 p.m.

Fourth Sunday   Unprogrammed meeting for worship, 10:00 a.m.
                     Topical Discussions, 11:15 a.m. -12:30 p.m. - bring finger food to share
                     Donations to Samaritan Ministries, Second Harvest, & Teachers' Warehouse

Fifth Sunday Unprogrammed meeting for worship, 10:00 a.m.

NOTE: First day school will be held only on the first Sunday of the month.
It will be held during the time for meeting for worship.
