In our March Meeting for Business, we considered   a number of items that needed more seasoning and more work.

 

First, was the report by the ad hoc Nominating Committee, and second was a very incomplete attempt at composing a minute that explained our restructuring.  We realized that this was going to need more careful crafting, so the Coordinating Group along with the ad hoc Nominating Committee joined together to write a minute that would be brought to our next Meeting for Business.

 

Please take the time to look at the following documents.  One includes the new proposed minute and the Nominating Committee Report, and the other is a graphic, which was composed as one member's summary of a variety of statements about how we might work in the next year.
