Northern Yearly Meeting- Middle School Retreat

Hello Friends!

I'm excited to be taking on this new role as Northern Yearly Meeting middle school coordinator! 

I have a wide background of Quakerism (having attended Bellingham, WA Friends Meeting, Columbus, OH University Friends Meeting and becoming a member at Madison Monthly Meeting), peacework, farming, mothering, working with youth and serving as a library director.  Becoming NYM Middle School coordinator is a great opportunity to fuse many of those backgrounds together.

This upcoming retreat will be a special occasion as former Middle School Coordinator Marie Vandenbark and I are working collaboratively to bring this fun and meaningful event.  There will be music-making, games, art, thoughtfulness, silliness and more.

Please consider sending your middle schooler and sharing the information with anyone who might be interested.  We welcome friends of Friends too . . .  anyone interested in exploring the social justice and spiritual intersection that makes up the beloved community of Quakerism.
