• Welcome, exploration and visioning regarding NYM’s use of resources -- some storytelling, an interactive breakout session, choosing some themes/gems for further exploration Saturday

Saturday 

• 8:20-8:30 am - Gentle songs to bring us together
• 8:30-12:30 - Worshipful attention to business including a break and a fun & active activity
• 12:30 - 2:00 - Break
• 2:00-4:00 - Afternoon session including a break for an energizing activity

Sunday (Reminder: daylight savings time change!)

• 8:50-9:00 am - Gentle songs to bring us together
• 9:00 -10:00 - Worshipful attention to business
• 10:30-11:30 - worship
• 11:30-12 - Fellowship
