Northern Yearly Meeting

Welcome to the website for Northern Yearly Meeting (NYM), an organization of Friends Meetings and Worship Groups, also known as Quakers, in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and including some groups in North Dakota and Iowa. These individual meetings are part of the larger world-wide family of the Religious Society of Friends. Within that family, NYM is affiliated with Friends General Conference (FGC). Other branches of Quakerism include Friends United Meetings (FUM) and Evangelical Friends International (EFI). Land Acknowledgement - toward right relationship with Native Peoples

Northern Yearly Meeting is searching for someone with a leading to be our Middle School Coordinator.

The Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to lead programming for middle school youth in NYM. In normal years, this consisted of two in-person retreats as well as leading the middle school program at Annual Session. During the past year, this has pivoted to virtual programming. Flexibility will be critical as we determine how we can move ahead going forward.
