The CVQM Woolman Hill Weekend Schedule includes the following:

 

Friday, Oct. 4:  

Potluck Supper – Bring a contribution to the meal.  You may arrive after 4 p.m. 

Group discussions and activities are self- organized for the evening. (Space is available for members of meeting committees to meet together: such as Pastoral Care, Ministry and Counsel, Religious Education, etc.)

 Saturday, Oct. 5:

Saturday Morning Programs for both children and adults are planned:

 Adult Program:  9:30-11:30 a.m.  A presentation by and discussion with Virginia Bainbridge on her “Projects in Liberia: Progress and Continuing Needs.”

 Virginia is a dual member of New London Friends Meeting and Shepherdstown Friends Meeting in Falling Waters, West Virginia and has had a leading for over ten years to work in Liberia.  Her projects include AVP (Alternatives to Violence Project), orphanage and schools, women's micro-finance skill development, HIV/AID's education and testing and, most recently HEROC (Healing and Rebuilding Our Communities).

Children’s Program: 9:30 a.m. – 11: 30  To be announced.

 2:00-4:00 p.m. The Meeting for Business for the Quarter at the Meetinghouse. Kim Stoner, Clerk

Children’s program: held at the same time.  Any items of business for the Quarter should be sent to Kim Stoner: kastoner@att.net

 Saturday evening program: Talent Show, for both adults and children. Bring your talents to share!

 

Sunday, Oct. 6 - Worship Sharing after breakfast, and then Meeting for Worship at the Meetinghouse.

 Community Lunch followed by Clean-up and Departures.

Meals on Saturday and Sunday will be provided by Northampton Meeting
