Raysville

Raysville Preparative Meeting was set up under Spiceland Monthly Meeting in 1846.  It was set off as a monthly meeting by Spiceland Monthly Meeting in 1857. 

In 1870 Raysville Monthly Meeting set up Grant City Preparative Meeting, and in 1876 it set up Knightstown Preparative Meeting. 

Raysville Monthly Meeting relocated to Knightstown and in 1895 changed its name to Knightstown Monthly Meeting.

In 1911 Knightstown Monthly Meeting re-established Raysville Preparative Meeting and set off Grant City Preparative Meeting with Shirley Monthly Meeting in 1913. 

Knightstown Monthly Meeting set off Raysville Monthly Meeting in 1919.

Shirley Monthly Meeting set off Grant City Monthly Meeting in 1944. 

In 1975 Raysville and Grant City Monthly Meetings merge as Raysville-Grant City Monthly Meeting. In 1985 the name was changed to Raysville Monthly Meeting (Friends Church.)
