At the 1/16 Can Drive get-together at the meetinghouse, 11 Friends assembled boxes of canned goods to take to the blessing box or little pantry of their choosing on MLK Day (or to take to the Mid-South Food Bank collection station at the Civil Rights Museum's MLK Day celebration). Susan made hot chocolate and hot cider to share. Deliveries were made (or will be made soon) to 10 little pantries and also to a Mid-South Food Bank drop-off site.
