How Do I Request Membership in Madison Monthly Meeting?
First, write a letter to the Clerk requesting membership. The letter will be read at the next Monthly Meeting for Business. A clearness committee will be appointed to meet with you. The First Day announcement sheet will state that the committee is being formed and give members of the Meeting an opportunity to volunteer to serve on it. After the clearness committee meets with you, a report is prepared that will be read at a later business meeting.
