Several avenues are available.  Sometimes making an announcement after Meeting for Worship is appropriate.
Another way is to contact a member of the Care Committee.  If you wish, a clearness committee may be formed
to meet with you.  Another way is to simply talk with one or two other persons; this may  satisfy the need.  You 
should always feel  free to speak with someone in the Meeting about your needs. If you are unsure how to proceed, 
the Clerk or the convener of Care Committee can help you find the  avenue that meets your need.
