Nominating Committee seeks to discern and nurture member/attender gifts and interests so that they can best thrive on their personal spiritual journey while they also help the meeting grow into the beloved community.  It provides continuity and growth to the Meeting by inviting and encouraging individuals with various gifts and interests to share them with the meeting community for the mutual benefit of both.
