Quakerism 101 is a “survey” course designed to introduce participants to the basic literature, history and beliefs of Quakers. This course is also a good review for more seasoned Quakers. We will read five books and several hand-outs over eight or nine weeks. Each session will last about two hours and include reviews of the readings, discussion, worship sharing and worship. All of the books and materials may be borrowed from LOFM; no one needs to buy anything, but the class is limited to six people. See a sample of the course outline here.
