Announcements:

The March 10 Woodstock Social Justice Initiative (WSJI) event organized by Mary Ellen Solan and Brad Archer celebrating International Women’s Day was a big success.   

Food Scrap Composting Launched! Bring ALL food waste (but NO paper) to meetinghouse each Sunday and deposit in GREEN bucket on porch. This is for families who don’t compost at home. This is a three-month trial.  Contact Tim McCosker ( 802-785-4186) for more details about this exciting recycling program!

First Day School is seeking a member/attender with a leading to apply for one of our two paid teacher positions starting next fall. Contact Richard Morse (603-709-7144).

April 7 5PM – Movie Series! Part 2 of 2. Young Friends invite you to pot luck and showing of Signe Taylor’s feature-length film “It’s Criminal” which will include a panel discussion following with women who have completed their sentences and a Dartmouth faculty member.

April 21 – 2:00PM Shawn Donovan Memorial Service at Rollins Chapel at Dartmouth College followed by reception at 4:30P at our meetinghouse.

April 29 – 2PM – Adult Education’s SPIRITUAL ROOTS OF SOCIAL ACTION series with guest presenter and Buddhist monk Gendo Allyn Field.
