Frederick Friends Meeting
You Are Welcome Here
Frederick Friends Meeting is a Quaker community brought together to know God and to answer that of God in everyone. We welcome people of all ages, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, and faith backgrounds.
Take a tour of this website to learn more about us and the Religious Society of Friends (or Quakers), of which we are a part. And we invite you to join us in worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30 at 723 North Market Street in downtown Frederick.
Our life is love, and peace, and tenderness; and bearing one with another, and forgiving one another, and not laying accusations one against another; but praying one for another, and helping one another up with a tender hand.

What's New
Frederick Friends Meeting follows a practice common to many meetings of contemplating a different set of queries each month. Queries are questions used among Quakers to uncover how our faith is being lived out, both individually and as a community.
September: Integrity
- In what ways does my life speak of my beliefs and values?
- How do we seek truth by which to live? How do we recognize it?
- In what way is my life in harmony with truth as I know it?
Frederick Friends Meeting approves a Roster of Service annually. The most recent one is for July 2022 through June 2023.It was approved in June 2022 and revised in November. It is attached, along with the one for the prevous year.
