On Sunday, September 24th at 3:00 pm at Evangelical Reformed United Church of Christ, 15 West Church Street, Frederick, MD faith communities and singers from Hood College will join together in a musical celebration for peace. Groups participating in this event see this concert as an opportunity to build unity and community through music. Given as a gift to our community, music heals wounds and brings peace and inspiration to our hearts. With competing voices and ideas seeming to divide us, this peaceful gathering offers fellowship and oneness for all.

The event features choirs and musicians from Hood College and the following faith communities: Trinity United Methodist, Islamic Society of Frederick, Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick, Metropolitan DC Baha'i , Al Saints Episcopal Church, Evangelical Reformed United Church of Christ, and Beth Sholom.
