Covid-19 Usage Protocols for the Meetinghouse

In following up on the proposals agreed to by Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business in February, the Covid Coordinating Committee has detailed the following guidelines and requirements for use of the Meetinghouse. These have been posted at the Meetinghouse door:

We are intentionally being more cautious than the CDC guidelines.  Better safe than sorry. 

BASICS

·         Individuals alone or in a group of 3 or less can enter the Meetinghouse - as long as all individual guidelines and posted instructions are followed.

·         Any group of 4 or more is considered a meeting and must follow all meeting guidelines including scheduling of the meeting.

14 DAY POST VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

·         To enter FFM for any meeting of 4 or more people – you must have completed your course of vaccine 14 days prior to meeting inside

SCHEDULE

·         If you plan to use the Meetinghouse for a meeting (4 or more people), you must schedule use with Elin Calver.  There will be a 3 day window between meetings in the meeting house.

CLIPBOARD

·         Sign in name, phone, and check-mark vaccination.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

·         Unless from immediate household, all individuals are spaced at least 6 feet apart.

MASKING

·         Masks must be worn regardless of vaccination status.

FOOD

·         No shared food

CLEANING & DISINFECTING

·         COVID-19 committee to provide cleaning supplies and post instructions:

·          After each use:

§  Put paper towels in brown paper bag in bathroom – put in compost when you leave

§  Remove your own trash. [Applies to all rooms, especially bathrooms and kitchen.]

 ·          In event of a positive case, follow current CDC guidance on cleaning and disinfecting areas when someone has a COVID-19 diagnosis.

o   "If a Place of worship learns that an attendee or worker or other worker has tested positive for COVID-19, it shall notify the local Board of Health (LBOH) in the city or town where the place of worship is located and assist the LBOH as reasonably requested to advise likely contacts to isolate and self-quarantine."

o   The FFM COVID-19 committee will also call likely contacts to advise them to isolate and self-quarantine.
