Community Friends Meeting and Eastern Hills Friends Meeting will co-host the late winter meeting of the Long Range Conference Planning Committee of Friends General Conference February 26-27.  Friends from across North America will gather to particpate in the important work of this vital committee.   LRCP makes policy and has primary responsibility for the annual FGC Gatherings. LRCP finds and arranges for sites, and appoints clerks for each Gathering, among many other tasks to bring this annual event to Friends. (The program for each year's Gathering is planned by a separate committee.)  We are honored to host this committee and welcome them to our meetinghouse and our homes.  We invite Friends to hold them in in the Light as they convene for worship and service, and to join us on Sunday Feb 28 for a second-hour (11:30 am) presentation about this year's Gathering by co-clerks Mary Beth Neale and Paul Landskroener - the theme is "be humble, Be Faithful, BE BOLD".
