Any changes to your CHFM Directory entry?

New committee appointments will be presented and approved at the March 18 meeting for worship with attention to business. Once we have those names we will add them to the directory and produce an updated copy. This is the perfect time to correct any errors or changes in your own household’s entry in the current directory, or to request an entry if you don’t yet have one. Please click here to submit your request to revise or create the entry for your household. You’ll see a form that prompts you for the information we need. Be sure to click Submit at the end to send your responses to a secure spreadsheet.

The current directory is available here as a downloadable PDF file to community members who have website accounts. If you want a website account, send an email requesting one to the meeting secretary: secretary@chestnuthillquakers.org.
