Steve Davison will facilitate a continuing discussion of Bible passages that were important to early Friends. We read these passages together, share our own understanding, and learn both the biblical context and the way early Friends incorporated the passages into the emerging Quaker tradition. This Sunday, we will continue with passages on the Light and then probably move on to the passage in John from which we get the name Religious Society of Friends (Jn 15:9–17).
