Concord Quarterly Meeting, Encounters with Fox: Young Persons’ Theatre Presentation, on April 22 at Birmingham Friends Meeting.

Learn about George Fox, father of Friends of Truth, his life and ideas. The intergenerational program will feature the children acting out scenes from George Fox’s life with queries for the group after each vignette. The queries will help Friends examine how George Fox’s ideas resonate with Friends in the twenty-first century. All children of the Quarter are invited to play a part in preparing scenery and acting in the vignettes. Child care for our littlest Friends will be available beginning at 8:30.
