December query to consider
How can we discern when it is time for something new to begin, or for something to end?
We invitechildren of all ages to join us for a time of fun with crafts and stories on December 18. We are planning a special activity for youth to be held during our worship period at 10:00 am. Adults are welcome to join the children in the fun following worship.

For the Meeting
What are we doing to invite persons to attend our meetings for worship,
to welcome them when they come,
to listen sensitively to their needs and hesitations and to encourage their continued attendance?
For the Individual
How do I share my spiritual life and experience with others?
- Have you experienced the empty nest; that is, have your children grown up and left home?
- What do you remember about it?
- Do you have thoughts or recollections about your own leaving-home experience?
Repairs on the meetinghouse have been on-going, and it is looking great. Carolyn Dalton writes, "The flooring has been laid. We are looking forward to installing a new kitchen area and fixing the cracked plaster that resulted from settling due to the bad floor supports."
