Hockessin Friends Meeting believes that we can safely hold indoor in-person Meeting for Worship (MFW). Those attending should observe all COVID-19 restrictions (masks, social distancing, stay home if you are sick). For those who choose not to attend in person, MFW will also be available in ZOOM format. MFW will be held at the usual time 10:45-11:30 a.m. On April 4, both Meeting for Business and MFW will be held in ZOOM format only. On April 11, 18, and 25, MFW will be held both in-person and via ZOOM.

According to the Delaware COVID-19 guidelines updated on January 8: “Delawareans should refrain from organizing or attending social gatherings of any size, except for regular interactions with members of the same household or caregivers…until further notice, Delaware residents are advised and strongly encouraged to stay home as often as possible and to only leave home to go to work or school, or for necessary needs such as seeking medical care, going to the grocery store or pharmacy, or picking up food.”
